How to Return an Item

Please Note: Personalised items cannot be exchanged, so please order the correct size of glove or garment.  If however the product is later deemed to have a fault of manufacture your statutory rights remain unaffected. 
Our 30 day “no quibbles” guarantee

Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: Feel free to open the item and try it for size, but do try and return it in the same condition, as it arrived.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

  1. Please complete and fill out the AB1GK returns form (download here)
  2. You MUST include your order number name and address and a contact phone number
  3. In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault on the note included
  4. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards and accessories
  5. Visit Royal Mail Click and Drop and create a returns label and send to the address below https://send.royalmail.com – drop to a post office. Please note we do not cover any returns costs.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Items Damaged in Transit

If you take delivery of an AB package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for immediate exchange.

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards and accessories

We will notify you via e-mail when we have arranged for the new item to sent. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item.

Faulty Items

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If this is not possible, or does not solve the problem, please e-mail us. All items must be cleaned before retuning to us, we reserve the right to return any items which are thick with mud and dirt.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note We do not offer a free returns service. However, if you return items for replacement, we will dispatch the replacement goods to you free of charge. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
