Things are getting complicated in EFL where many games are postponed in the last couple of weeks. However, this was still a busy weekend for AB1GK family.
and Wycombe Wanderers had to cancel their visit to Queens Park Rangers, but in the same time, Asmir Begović and his AFC Bournemouth were on the double programme this week. First, they played Millwall in the game originally scheduled for Boxing day. It ended with 1-1 draw, despite an excellent performance from Bosnian international.
Four days later Luton Town came to Vitality and left Bournemouth with more worry. The hosts played for more than an hour with ten men after Jefferson Lerma’s controversial sending off, making things a bit easier for Luton. They took all three points as on-loan Leicester midfielder Dewsbury-Hall scored from the edge of the area.
In League One, we witnessed another battle of AB1GK. George Long for Hull City and Chris Maxwell for Blackpool split points keeping both teams satisfied – Blackpool kept their mid-table position, while Hull is still in a good situation and chasing promotion.
Ryan Fulton kept his sheet clean and was one of the key players in Hamilton Academical draw at home with Dundee United. In Thailand, all the games, including Michael Falkesgaard’s True Bangkok United, were unfortunately postponed.
